Well, this year went by pretty quick, and I’m not sure about you, but I was tired maybe 70% of the time — but that didn’t stop me from dancing, working, and paying the bills. You have to do what you have to do to keep up with the city.

This year was beautiful. I’m thankful for everyone who has supported me and believed in Honey Trap. All the friends — you know who you are. ;)

The mix is built on restraint and a steady descent as opposed to a strike, not through force, but a gentle driving course.

The sculpture released with this mix is inspired by all things Amelia Holt; feminine, seductive, alluring, and indulgent. Hard work need not be cruel when guided by pleasure, even the softest drop eventually hollows stone.

03/ The Artist:
Amelia Holt is one of New York’s most distinctive and forward-thinking selectors. Known for her instinctive command of rhythm, she crafts sets that fuse percussive intensity with experimental edge — moving fluidly through broken beats, leftfield techno, sharp electro, and the occasional dose of delusional krautrock. Her approach feels both studied and spontaneous, transforming dancefloors into deeply physical, culture-bending experiences.
