Less is more.
less writing more listening.
What has been going on lately? My productivity levels have exceeded all critical limits. Self-imploding in 3…2…1. Jk — life is great.
I do recall having some beautiful weeks behind me visiting Europe and catching up with old friends, and making some new ones too. I’m forever thankful that I’m able to do what I do and share it with others.
But before we get to that, I got some announcements that require ultimate focus, eye contact, and attention overall.
Next weekend, June 13th, Honeytrap, Solarplexia & PDA (Berlin) will be doing a massive summer time rendezvous + a whole ice collaboration by Unknown Accelerator.
If you snooze you loose.
DJs from every side and corner of every borough of NYC. UMA DJ & Sasha Crush, will be throwing down some massive heat, followed by residents Mike Guimond, Seth Magoon & myself to set the tone and keeping things unpredictable. We’re also bringing a special guest and collaborator from Berlin, Tam Tam, who throws what is probably my favorite party, PDA — doing things right and breaking away from the norm. And a very honorable secret guest from Tokyo ;) One for the books indeed.
Alright now some tunes to sooth you this fine morning.
My travels started night time in JFK > bathroom break in Reykjavik > smooth landing in Munich. There is nothing like getting to a destination a day early to catch your breath and acclimatize to the surroundings, catch up with people and explore.
Lots of highlights in every city, loved the trip from Milan > Zurich the view looked unreal.
Thank you to all the wonderful people who were part of my travels there. Shout out to Benny, Bar Charlie, Public Possession, Kiawash, Pacome, Karmen Camina, DJ Hell, Fat Wax crew, Linea Radio, Dominik André, Marc Feldman, Nive, Razzmatazz, and Sarah Groborz — and of course Alex & the Pieces team.

Some more songs here.
Other news
Cuerpos – Sin Orden pulls from post-punk, dub, and ‘90s techno without ever feeling nostalgic. The Canada-based duo build tension through low-end pressure, hypnotic repetition, and rhythms that feel equal parts warehouse and coldwave basement.
Humid, anxious, smoke-filled dance music that never fully resolves itself — in the best way possible.
Releasing June 29 via Honey Trap.
Pre-order now in session.
DOSIS - Ritmo Animal fully sold out on vinyl but grab your digitals here.
Mixes
New one on our series Syd Woz & ZDBT
b2b sesh to prep you for June 13th here.
I was just listening to this really nice mix by Tia Cousin - some bangers in there.
Anyway, that is all for now. See you next Saturday ;)
xx,
Amelia Holt
